This position is responsible for data analysis and entry in to the ERP. The position will also back up administrative duties of the Sales Coordinator and planning/scheduling while the core team is working on Syteline 9 project. This is a Temporary Position sourced through Adecco.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Read source documents enters data in specific data fields. Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisor. Analyze and map data from old version to new version. Follow all data mapping procedures.
  • Assists others by furnishing information and helping with basic problem resolution. Answers questions via phone or email and provides accurate and timely information.
  • Executes plan and production schedule as directed. Uses Syteline ERP system to maintain dates, identify material shortages and run shortage reports.
  • Performs clerical and administrative duties including note taking, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.

OCCASSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • May be called on to assist with other projects.

  • Familiarity with databases.

The Technical Support Representative will handle incoming calls or messages from customers that need to set up new devices.
