JOB DESCRIPTION: Operates standard refuse collection vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the collection of solid waste materials on an assigned route.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides information, referral services, crisis counseling and intervention services to violent crime and domestic violence victims.

CTS offers Less Than Truckload (LTL) waste pick-ups as well as Full Truckload waste pick ups. The DHS Assistant Director of Security is responsible for the oversight of security and safety for DHS facilities statewide. This position will report directly to the DHS Chief of Security and Compliance.
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field; plus five years of experience in public program or human services program management or a related field, including three years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Must be certified as a Law Enforcement Officer by the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and training in accordance with ACA 12-9-106
- Must possess a valid Arkansas Driver’s License.
- 8+ years of progressively more responsible experience in law enforcement; including four years in a supervisory capacity.
- Three years of experience in facility/campus law enforcement.
SPECIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Occasional overtime is required; limited out-of-state travel is required.
STARTING PAY: $86,887 depending on qualifications, and excellent benefits including group health and life insurance, state retirement plan, and a tax deferred compensation plan, holidays and annual leave time off.

JOB TITLE: Student Accounts Manager/Accountant
The Student Accounts Manager/Accountant is responsible for creating and maintaining student financial accounts for the University of Arkansas System eVersity. The position serves as the cashier for payment receipts and for disbursement of financial aid funds through BankMobile Disbursements (student refund vendor). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timely and accurate billing, including coordination and processing of third-party billing; collection and accounting for all student-related revenues, payments and receivables; receipt of all student loan disbursements and issuance of student refund checks in compliance with Title IV Cash Management regulations; maintenance of student receivables; reconciliation of student accounts activities; and the annual processing of 1098Ts. The position is responsible for documenting student accounts procedures and maintaining student accounts in the CampusManagement/ CampusNexus Student Accounts modules.
Reporting directly to the University of Arkansas System Associate Vice-President for Finance, the position participates in the preparation of federal, state and accreditation reports, and provides verification of these reports as required. The position works closely with eVersity s offices of Financial Aid, Registrar, Information Technology, and other offices as needed. The position is expected to provide a high level of exceptional customer service in communications in accordance with FERPA regulations, and perform other duties as assigned. Additional accounting responsibilities will be assigned as time allows.
