Explore the wide world of salad greens, breads, spreads, vinaigrettes and vegetables used in lunch cookery.
Present and taste a bountiful buffet of all dishes made during the class. Recipe packet included.

Breakfast CookeryQuick Breads, Egg Cookery, Breakfast Meats, Fruits and Vegetables

Expand your breakfast repertoire and learn some of the hundreds of egg dishes, methods to make quick breads
including muffins and crepes, breakfast meats, and ideas for serving fruits and vegetables at the breakfast
table. Recipe packet included.

Yeast Breads and Pizza Simple Breads for the Family

Make a variety of yeast-leavened breads including pita, foccacia, dinner rolls and pizza dough. Finish off the
 day with homemade pizza using fresh cut and cooked ingredients. Breads will be made with nutrition in mind,
and are simple, fun recipes for the whole family to enjoy. Recipe packet included.

Pies and TartsFinish the Evening with Style!

Make pie and tart dough, fillings and toppings, and plate/present various pies and tarts. Single portion and

International CookeryAppetizers, Entrees and Desserts

Your guests will think you’re an international star after preparing the dishes you’ll learn. Prepare favorites

Pasta Party! For the Love of Pasta – Fresh and Dried Pasta and Assorted Pasta Dishes

Prepare a variety of fresh pasta dough and make cut pasta and ravioli. Explore the proteins, vegetables and
sauces that accompany these beloved dishes. Create fun and exciting meals using a variety of dried pasta,
including quinoa and buckwheat noodles. Recipe packet included.

Cheese Please! Cheese & Crackers – Tasting and Cooking with Cheese

Soft, semi-soft, hard, blue, soft ripened and fresh cheeses are presented and tasted along with crackers made
 in class. After learning their flavor profiles, the various cheeses will be used in a dish and presented to
the class for lunch. Recipe packet included.

Holiday Dinner Table – New Ideas and Classics Made Fresh

Prepare various meat dishes, vegetables, grains, breads and desserts for the holidays. Make an old dish new or
