Family Health: Effects of too much caffeine


Researchers looked at nearly 100 people who suffered from migraines and drank caffeinated beverages on a daily basis.

They found that the study group’s risk of migraine headaches rose when they drank three or more servings of caffeinated tea, soda or coffee.

Study authors say in addition to caffeine, sudden weather changes may also play a role in someone experiencing a migraine.
