2 Men Arrested in Pine Bluff Undercover Drug Bust

PINE BLUFF, AR – An undercover drug investigation has led to the arrests of two men.

The Pine Bluff Police Department (PBPD) says shortly before noon Thursday, members of its Vice and Narcotics Unit were checking a home in the 3600 block of West Hepburn Street.

The PBPD officers were assisted by colleagues with the Little Rock Police Department.

At the conclusion of the operation, and assisted by Pine Bluff SWAT, the two men were arrested and 183.9 grams of methamphetamine was seized.

Averick Norman, 41, and Marvin Ford, 33, have both been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Distribute.  

They were booked into the Jefferson County Jail and are awaiting a bond hearing.
