4 Arrested in Bentonville Criminal Gang Robbery

BENTONVILLE, AR – Two 18-year-old’s and two minors have been arrested for what police say includes engaging in a continuing criminal gang.

According to arrest reports, Bentonville Police responded to an aggravated robbery at SW Brooklyn Avenue Monday morning.

Victims told police suspects came into their apartment pointing guns at them and demanding money. The report states that gunshots were fired inside the apartment. The robbers left the apartment and stated they would return. Bentonville Police were already on scene, and caught the suspects.

Jamari Wallace, 18 of Rogers, and Jameson Rogers, 18, of Bella Vista, were arrested, along with two minor teenagers.

Jameson is charged with four counts of aggravated robbery, three counts of terroristic threatening, theft by receiving, three counts of possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, simultaneous possesion of drugs and firearms, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief, and no driver’s license.

Wallace is charged with engaging in a continuing gang, aggravated robbery, theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia.
