7 Escape Injury When Shots Fired at Little Rock Home

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Seven people, including three small children, escaped injury Monday night when shots were fired at a home.

The Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) says It happened around 10:30 in the 5800 block of Chaucer Lane in a neighborhood off Geyer Springs Rd. on the city’s southwest side.

Police reported several bullet holes were found on the home’s exterior and multiple shell casings were found on the street.

While securing the scene, officers found a .38 Special handgun behind the front tire of a vehicle parked in the driveway and confiscated it, the LRPD incident report noted.

One victim reported seeing a newer model Red Chevrolet Cruze driving away from the area after the shots were fired.
