Arkansas Bank Robber Strikes in Oklahoma?

Oklahoma Bank Robbery Suspect Same as Arkansas Suspect

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An Arkansas bank robbery suspect appears to have struck again in Oklahoma.

A man wanted for two June 23 holdups in Bryant and Morrilton, appears to be the same suspect seen in a photo of a bank robbery today in Yukon, Oklahoma.

News Channel 4 in Oklahoma City reports the latest holdup happened around 9 a.m. Friday.

“Around 9 a.m., police say a heavyset white male walked into the Oklahoma Educators Credit Union in Yukon and demanded cash. The man allegedly handed a bank teller a note that said he had a bomb,” the station reported.

The photo posted on News Channel 4’s website shows the suspect wearing the same shirt seen in photos of the Arkansas bank robberies (see the attached related story).

The FBI and Yukon Police are working the case.
