NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (News release) — Around 12:00 p.m., January 3, investigators with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office told North Little Rock Police (NLRPD) officers that the vehicle involved in the Amber Alert out of Sherwood had been located at 400 W. 29th Street (Quality Inn & Suites).
Officers with NLRPD immediately responded to the location.
The coordinated effort lead to the safe recovery of the 6-year-old child listed in the Amber Alert and the successful apprehension of Napoleon Haire.

Arkansas Department of Corrections has posted to Facebook saying Julian has been found and is safe and the man suspected of taking him, Napolean Haire, in in custody.
PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — This coming from Arkansas State Police, The SHERWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT has inactivated the following Arkansas AMBER Alert.
According to the Arkansas Department Corrections, Napolean Haire, 33, who is on probation for aggravated assault and tampering with physical evidence. Haire also did prison time on several charges, including battery and theft of property.
PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — The Sherwood Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for 6-year-old Julian Boyd.
He is black, 4 feet tall, weighs 50 pounds, black low cut hair with brown eyes.
6-year-old Julian Boyd went missing this morning (January 3, 2020) at 6:00 a.m. from Pulaski County.
The suspect he is with is considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect’s name Napolean Haire, 33. His last known address is 7515 Geyer Springs, Little Rock.
He is black, 5’11” with low cut, black hair, and brown eyes and his complexion is dark.
He may be traveling in a 2001 Grey Lexus 300 with Arkansas License plate 058YST
