LITTLE ROCK, AR – Steel, and walls are going up at the soon to be newest shopping destination in Arkansas.
75 tenants can fit in the large outlets mall but those tenants aren’t being reveled just yet.
The first outlet mall in the state is set to open this summer with shops being revealed in the spring. Construction has been around the clock.
Outlet mall developer Michael Barelli says the construction is about half way complete.
“Right now steel is up for every one of the building here on the site. We are getting ready to close in all the building and pretty soon turn over to tenants and get towards that opening in summer of 2015,” says Mike Barelli.
Barelli went on to say tenant leasings have been very high and the outlet mall will include some outlets never seen in the market before.
