Diesel truck repair business catches fire in NLR, firefighter receives leg injury

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A diesel truck repair business caught fire this morning in North Little Rock.

One firefighter has been treated for a leg injury.

The fire started after 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning in the 600 block of East 5th Street.

Fire crews were able to keep the flames from spreading to the building next door.

Dark smoke can be seen coming from the area near Main Street and East Broadway.

The structure was describes as a complete loss by a spokesperson for the fire department.

Two tractor-trailer rigs inside the shop burned, along with other equipment.

The investigation into the exact cause of the fire is continuing.
