Drew Co. Sheriff’s Office Searching for Man who Failed to Surrender

DREW COUNTY, AR – The Drew County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who failed to turn himself in after cutting off his ankle monitor. 

Brandon Cox, 34, was out of jail on work release while pending bed space in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. 

During that time, Cox cut off his ankle monitor and did not surrender to the Drew County Detention Center. 

Deputies believe Cox is still in the Monticello area. 

Cox is described as a white male, blonde hair, blue eyes, standing at 5-foot-9 and weighing 205 lbs. He has a cross tattoo on his left ankle with the names Misty and Elaine.
