Early Thanksgiving at St. Mark Baptist Church

News

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Thanksgiving starting a few day early at St. Mark Baptist Church.

Today the church fed the homeless. They also provided clothing along with nurses and attorneys for health and legal issues.

The outreach pastor says it’s St. Mark’s way of helping people in need.

“To give them a sense of hope. Help them to get on their feet. It’s just our way to give back. The word says it’s more blessed to give than receive,” says Glenn Hersey.

This is the 15th year for the annual Feast of Hope Thanksgiving Dinner.
