ARKANSAS COUNTY, Ark. — A man is dead after an accident in Arkansas County.
69-year-old Jerry C. Fly of DeWitt died as a result of the wreck.
It happened on State Highway 1 near Allen Watson Road shortly before 1:00 p.m. Saturday.
According to a preliminary report from the Arkanas State Police, the vehicle driven by Fly went off the road, collided with a culvert and overturned.
Conditions were clear and dry at the time of the accident.
The investigation is continuing.
