Garland Co. Man Found Guilty of 2011 Murder

GARLAND COUNTY, AR – Garland County Circuit Court found Randy Gay guilty on Tuesday of capital murder for a shooting in 2011. Randy William Gay was on trial for the murder of Connie Snow.

Gay has been convicted of murder two other times.

The Arkansas Department of Corrections says the first happened in Garland County in 1978. He got a five year sentence and served two.

In 1992 he got a 20 year sentence and served eight.
