Gunman Takes Cash from Jonesboro Bridal Shop

JONESBORO, Ark. – Police are looking for a suspect in the armed robbery of a local bridal shop.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. Monday at David’s Bridal on East Highland Drive, according to a news release issued Tuesday morning by the Jonesboro Police Department (JPD).

Witnesses told officers that the suspect walked into the store, pointed a handgun at an employee and demanded the cash drawer from the register. 

The suspect then took a small amount of money from the drawer and left the store.

He was last seen running eastbound along the front of the store. He is described by police as a
younger black male, possibly in his twenties. He was wearing a black hoodie with dark green
camouflage pants and a black plastic skull mask.
