HEMPSTEAD COUNTY, Ark. (KTAL) – Hempstead County investigators arrested 69-year-old Arthur B. Hill of McCaskill after an investigation into an allegation of sexual abuse involving a seven-year-old female.
Hill was booked into the Hempstead County Jail on Wednesday and faces a charge of rape.
The suspect is awaiting a first appearance.
