REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Experience in outside (B2B) Sales strongly preferred
Strong sales insight and proficiency in all phases of the sales cycle, proactive outbound phone sales and new account development
Ability to grow and maintain a consistent and robust sales funnel
Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced, hyper-competitive sales environment
Implements strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals
Excellent interpersonal skills; positive, outgoing, sociable, and charismatic – you pride yourself on being able to strike up a conversation with anyone
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Develops advertising schedules with clients and station personnel responsible for placing advertising into station media
Works with clients and station personnel to develop advertisements
Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and other office equipment
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Fluency in English
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
Performs other duties as assigned

JOB TITLE: Loader/Unloader
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cintas is seeking a production Loader/Unloader. Cintas provides a variety of products to a large customer base each day. Those products include uniform garments, carpeted floor mats, heavy duty rubber floor mats, dust mops, shop towels, aprons, hand soap products and air freshener supplies. To load and unload the products results in repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting as well as standing for 3 to 7 hours a day. Responsibilities include driving the trucks around the lot and loading and unloading the uniform garments and/or additional facility services products into and out of company trucks. Daily accuracy of products loaded and unloaded is necessary for inventory control and accountability.
SKILLS/QUALIFCATION:
REQUIRED
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) (US) or Provincial requirements (Canada) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements (US), qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
Have an active driver’s license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
In order to comply with Provincial requirements (Canada), qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

The Travs will play at least 70 home games at Dickey-Stephens Park this season as well as the ballpark playing host to a few college games. Applicants are encouraged to be available for a majority of home games, and all weekend dates.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS (all positions are part time)”
- Ushers: Ushers are used throughout the ballpark to help the fans attending the game with any questions or concerns they may have. They are expected to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ushers will need to learn information and directions regarding to Dickey-Stephens Ballpark. This position requires standing for extended periods of time and spending extended period of time in the heat
- Receptionist: Serves by greeting visitors either in person or on the phone and directing them correctly. Must have a positive, helpful attitude and provide excellent customer service. Must eventually learn information and directions regarding Dickey-Stephens Ballpark. Would just work evening hours
- Bat Boys/Girls: Responsible for setting up the dugouts prior to the game. Also responsible for baseball and bats throughout the course of the game. They will assist the clubhouse managers prior and during the game. Expected to hustle and pay attention throughout the game
- Gift Shop employees: Responsible for POS system in gift shop. They will be responsible for keeping the gift shop clean and organized throughout the course of the ballgame
- Box Office/Ticket Scanners: Assist in our box office on game days with sales and organization. May also be asked to scan tickets and help fans at the gate. Other duties as assigned
- Mascots/Promotional Team: Assist our game day promotional team on game days. Responsibilities could include mascot handling, on field game assistance, other duties as assigned
- Cook: Responsible for preparing food for our picnic groups and luxury suites
- Food Prep: Cooking food in the kitchen as part of the concession stand, as well as cleaning on a game to game basis
- Concession Cashier: Responsible for operating a POS terminal in one of our concession stands
- Suite Attendants: Prep and maintain areas on our luxury suite level. Also will be responsible for checking groups throughout the game, making sure all needs are met
- Picnic Attendants: Prep and maintain different areas on our concourse level. Also will be responsible for checking groups throughout the game, making sure all needs are met
- Dishwasher: Responsible for unloading the dishes brought to you by other employees and loading them into dish trays. You will also be expected to put those dishes away neatly
