The storm prediction center has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for several counties in southwest Arkansas until 5 pm.
Locations under the watch could see damaging wind gusts over 60 mph. Minor damage and power outages will be possible/
The rest of Arkansas will see thunderstorms, but the risk for damaging winds is lower. Small hail could be seen in some of the stronger thunderstorms. Tornadoes are not likely Saturday.
