LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - There's a new food delivery team in town... Now people can get food to their door even faster after two companies have teamed up.
Earlier this month, Bite Squad bought Chef Shuttle, which had been the main food delviery service in Little Rock.
With the new company, customers can track their delivery on an app in real time. The company says all drivers wear uniforms and are paid employees.
They tell us they're signing up more drivers and certainly staying busy.
"We currently have about 150 drivers in the Little Rock market and about 20 in Conway. We still need quite a few more for Little Rock and a couple more for Conway as well," Keith Waller, Bite Squad Assistant Marketing Manager, said.
Bite Squad says they work with more than 200 restaurants. Drivers usually get food to people in about 40 minutes -- but on a wet and rainy Friday night, like tonight, it could take more than an hour.
