Update: Pizza fundraiser announced in Benton for wounded Bryant police officer

Lost Pizza Co. in Benton has announced a fundraiser night Jan. 14th where 10% of all proceeds will go to the Bryant police officer who was shot last week. You can see their Facebook post here.

Relyance Bank in Bryant has an account set up for donations for Samantha Hodgson as well. Hodgson is the account holder and she will get 100% of the donations. You can call the bank 501-847-7982 and ask to donate if you would like or visit one of their locations.

BRYANT, Ark. — The officer wounded in a shooting in Bryant is improving every day, according to a spokesperson for the Bryant Police Department.

Bryant PD Sgt. Todd Crowson says Officer Samantha Hodgson is in good spirits and is overwhelmed by the amount of support she has received.

BRYANT, Ark. — The Bryant police have tweeted a link to a donation page for the officer Samantha Hodgson who was shot Monday night.

If you want to help Samantha out there has been a go fund me account set up here. “We want to thank everyone for the out pour of thoughts and prayers for Officer Hodgson and her family,” Bryant police said in a tweet.
