Candle light vigil held in memory of 4-year-old who was shot

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Friends and family in little rock coming together to the remember a young child who died during a shooting last week.

4-year-old Tyler Burnett died last Friday at the Labette Manor apartments from what police are calling an accidental shooting.

A candlelight vigil was held earlier this evening near the location in honor of the Tyler.

“It’s really hard right now, but I wanted to get it over with and keep living life on” – Alice Burnett, mom

“It’s my baby, and every time I came in from work, ‘dad, let me play with your phone, and that’s all gone”  – Kevin Bryant, dad

27-year-old Reco Reed is charged with manslaughter, endangering the welfare of a minor, and tampering with evidence in connection to this shooting.
Reed is being held in the Pulaski County jail.
