LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Authorities are investigating an early morning fire that left damage at a Little Rock restaurant.

According to the Little Rock Fire Department, a driver saw the fire at Riviera Maya, located at 801 Fair Park Blvd., around 5. a.m. Wednesday while on Interstate 630.

Fire crews said the fire was located in the kitchen area of the restaurant, causing the HVAC system on the roof to collapse into the kitchen.

The fire department said crews left around 7 a.m. and there were no victims or injuries reported in this fire.

This is an ongoing investigation.
