HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — On Tuesday, April 14, officers with the Hot Springs Police Department were called to the 300 block of Oakcliff Street in reference to a deceased man.
Upon arrival, officers located 43-year-old Joshua David Buck of Hot Springs deceased inside.
During the investigation police say they found that 55-year-old Terry Hughes of Hot Springs was involved.
Hughes has been charged with Murder in the 1st Degree in relation to the homicide.
