LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- The Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission (JDDC) issued agreed public sanctions against two judges on Friday.
Judge David Carruth, the judge of the Holly Grove-Clarendon Division of the Monroe County District Court was admonished in connection to a case where he was accused of talking with people involved in cases pending in court.
Judge Jim O’Hern, the judge of the Fort Smith Division of the Sebastian County District Court was admonished in connection to an incident at a west Little Rock hotel.
