LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Mayor of Little Rock Frank Scott Jr. and Police Chief

Mayor Frank Scott Jr. issued a new curfew of 8 p.m. for the city of Little Rock after protest Monday night took a turn.

In the conference, they apologized for the march down Capitol Avenue that was led by Mayor Frank Scott Jr.

The mayor said it was unplanned and that he was asked by organizers of the peaceful protest to stand with them at the Capital-

He said he got caught up in the moment and it was a mistake.
