LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock police are on the scene of a shooting where they say one man has been shot.
Police responded to a shooting call at 46th and Bowers, where they found one man who had been injured but they said he is not cooperating with police.
This is a developing story, and police said they are investigating into the shooting.
