FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) – Police arrested a man after leading a high-speed chase, officials said. 

Officers say they attempted to pull over 28-year-old Cody Haley, but he did not stop. 

Police say they followed him all the way to Fayetteville where he drove down the sidewalk near five houses. 

He then drove through a yard and stopped the car. 

Police say they then arrested Haley and found two small bags believed to be Methamphetamine.

He had a suspended license and an active warrant in Benton County. 

Haley was taken to Washington County Jail and faces several charges, including two drug charges and a parole violation.
