Local News

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott jr. will be taking his second ‘Scott Strolls’ tonight.

‘Scott Stolls’ is a new initiative from Mayor Scott that he said will create an opportunity for the community to connect with him and get updates on his administrative activities and ask questions.

You can request to be considered for a ‘Scott Stoll’ on the city of Little Rock website HERE.

Monday he visited Wakefield Park, and several homeowners to get a feel for what’s important, to them, and to promote his penny sales tax increase.

“Anytime you have a chance to get the Mayor’s ear, if you don’t take that opportunity you’re really missing out,” Tashan O’Neal, a Southwest LR homeowner.

“We wanted to make sure that we went around this entire neighborhood to see the needs and concerns,” Mayor Scott said.

The next ‘Scott strolls’ is April 19th in the Hillcrest area.
