LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- A fun motorcycle ride for a good cause took place Saturday morning: The 18th Annual Teddy Bear Run.
Each Spring the Ladies of Harley sponsor the run from the Rock City Harley Davidson to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, and they bring with them hundreds of teddy bears that are donated to the Sheriff's Office.
"It's very helpful for us to have these," commented Sheriff Doc Holladay, "we appreciate the partnership we have with the Ladies of Harley, and they've been very good to the sheriff's department over the 18 years and have delivered thousands of stuffed animals."
The teddy bears are distributed to the Sheriff's deputies to give to children in need who are going through a traumatic situation.
