PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Local police responded to a armed disturbance call around 7 p.m. Friday evening.
Police said a witness told them they heard gunshots and when police inspected the apartment they found Keith Hawkins, 40, dead in the residence.
This will be the second homicide of 2021 in Pine Bluff.
Police said there is no known suspect information at this time.
