SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA)–Springdale Police have arrested a man who is accused of residential burglaries.
Joab Job, 21, was arrested at his residence on June 30 by police on unrelated warrants.
According to the report, police responded to a residential burglary call. The caller stated a male broke into their house. The caller said his wife woke up with a man holding her hands and covering her mouth.
The victim said the male, later identified as Job, cut her hand with a knife and threatened to kill her.
Job was contacted and interviewed by police. Job admitted to cutting the victim but said it was an accident.
Job also admitted to breaking into several houses in the Tuscan Loop area, including one where a 12-year-old girl was present. The 12-year-old girl said Job got on top of her in a sexual manner; however, Job denied the accusations.
Job was booked into the Washington County Jail. He faces multiple charges including four counts of residential burglary, terroristic threatening, sexual assault and aggravated residential burglary.
