NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – U.S. Marshals have arrested a suspect in a North Little Rock deadly home invasion and kidnapping after a multi-agency chase.
Officials say Joe Vincent, 54, led authorities on a pursuit from Jacksonville to Little Rock and crashed on I-30 & 65th Wednesday morning.
