FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. – Investigators have determined the identity of a man found dead Saturday morning in Lake Conway.
The Faulkner County sheriff’s office says it is Larry Brownson II, who had been missing for more than a week.
The Sheriff’s Office and Rescue Squad responded when someone fishing reported finding the body around 9:00 a.m. Saturday in the Art Pond area of the lake.
On March 24th, Faulkner County deputies say Brownson went missing just down the road from where the body was discovered.
The cause of death is still under investigation.
The coroner’s office has ordered an autopsy at the Arkansas state Crime Laboratory.
