Searcy makes Top 6 in Small Business Revolution contest


SEARCY, Ark. - In the latest count in a competition between six cities to have a small business television show filmed in their town, Searcy has fallen to second place behind Durant, Okla. 

It's not too late to vote!  Help the city of Searcy make it to the top. If they win they will be on season 4 of Small Business Revolution, a Hulu show that will award the winning town $500,000 for a facelift. 

The show said on Twitter that this race is the closest they've seen, so every vote counts. 

Voting ends Feb. 19 at 10 p.m. cst.

SEARCY, Ark. - The City of Searcy is one step closer to winning a very big prize.

White County's largest city has made the Top 6 in the Small Business Revolution.

The announcement was made Tuesday morning during a watch party at the Rialto Theater.

The next step in winning $500,000 and a chance to be featured in the Hulu television series "Main Street," is getting the most votes. "Main Street" features hosts Ty Pennington and Amanda Brinkman.
