SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA) – A Little Rock man has pleaded guilty to the 2015 murder of Emily Nash.
Antoine Jackson, 30, entered his plea on Monday and was sentenced to 50 years in state prison.
Police found Nash, 28, dead from a gunshot wound inside her apartment on West Bailey Avenue in May 2015. After an autopsy, investigators declared her death a homicide.
During questioning, police say Jackson admitted to choking Nash during an argument before her death. Police also say a witness told them Jackson threatened to shoot Nash two days before her murder.
