LITTLE ROCK, Ark – Police have released more details in the homicide Saturday morning.

The victim was 27-years-old, their name is still being withheld pending notification of relatives.

Investigators believe the man was cut with an edged weapon inside the Taco Bell at 1300 John Barrow Road.

A delivery driver spotted blood on a vehicle at that location and notified police.

Police say the victim was dropped off at a hospital shortly after 4:00 a.m. Saturday.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark – Little Rock police began a homicide investigation after a man died early Saturday morning.

According to the Little Rock Police department, a man was taken to Baptist Hospital with life-threatening injuries Saturday morning around 4 a.m. were he later died.

Police said during the investigation, a report of a suspicious vehicle was made. It led officers to 1300 block of John Barrow Road where the incident occurred.

Police have identified 27-year-old Stephon Dillard as the main suspect. A warrant was out for his arrest for Capital Murder.

Dillard was later arrested by the LRPD and is facing a charge of capital murder.

Information on this homicide is still limited and police have not said the man’s cause of death.

Police are not releasing the identification of the victim at this time.
