PINE BLUFF, Ark. — A new processing facility coming to town could get a big tax break.

The Pine Bluff City Council has voted to ask the state to give back sales tax Cornerstone Processing spends on construction and equipment.

The company bought a former Tyson plant.

The city council says Cornerstone will bring 150 jobs to the area, which is why they want to give the company an incentive.
