LITTLE ROCK, AR – Representatives with the office of Secretary of State Mark Martin say the revised signature count for Nancy Todd’s Poker Palace is 95,687 enough to make it eligible to appear on the ballot, pending a supreme court ruling.

The secretary of state’s office completed the count on Friday.

Supporters of the casino amendment are now waiting on a supreme court ruling whether or not the language of their ballot title is too confusing for voters to make an informed decision at the ballot box on November 6.
