Police Investigating Armed Robbery on UALR Campus

LITTLE ROCK, AR — UALR Police responded to an armed robbery call at approximately 10:42 Monday night at the Kappa Sigma fraternity house on campus.
Police reported that as three students were sitting outside the house, they were approached by a suspect with a small handgun who demanded money. When told by one of the students that she didn’t have money, the suspect took an iPhone from another victim.

The victims indicated that there were possibly two suspects, but only one committed the robbery. No one was harmed in the event.

The suspect ran east from the scene toward Fair Park away from campus, and is described as a black male in his early 20s wearing dark pants with a white shirt and red lettering on the front.
