LITTLE ROCK, AR – A 51-year-old paraplegic man has life-threatening injuries after being allegedly stomped by a woman last week.

Robert Hepp tells police that he was at the home of Mike Waldorf and Lawrence Akins at 18 Bay Street in Little Rock. According to the report, Hepp says he was talking with Waldorf about Katie Forte, 32, who recently moved into the home.

When Forte overheard them talking, according to Hepp, she pushed him out of his wheelchair and kicked him in the face. According to the report, Hepp says Forte then stomped on him from his toes to his mid-torso.

The alleged beating took place on December 5th. Three days later, Hepp’s mother called the police. According to Patrica Hepp, she took her son to Baptist Hospital where doctors gave Robert a “terminal prognosis,” saying an internal organ had ruptured, causing a blockage, resulting in the lack of blood flow to his lower body.

Police say Forte is a suspect in the beating, however, she has not been located or charged.
