SEARCY, Ark. – A Searcy man charged with Capital Murder has been found not guilty.

Today a White County jury acquitted 19-year-old Justice Cunningham.

He’d been charged in the killing of Davion Bankhead last August in Searcy.

It took the jury just two hours to return a verdict today.

A second person, Edward Driver Jr. was arrested several weeks later, and also charged with Capital Murder.

He is still in jail tonight.
