LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KNWA) – Arkansas’ Alcoholic Beverage Control division concluded the penalties for two Fayetteville strip clubs.

Silver Dollar Cabaret has five violations and faces a $2,300 fine. Platinum Cabaret has 11 violations and faces a $4,000 fine.

Both locations are placed on six-month probations that would begin May 28, 2019, through November 28, 2019.

The violations occurred after an undercover operation by ABC on January 10, 2019.

The clubs may either accept the terms of the settlement offered by ABC or appeal, which would result in hearings before the board.

Owners, Tony Catroppa, Jr. and Tony Catroppa, Sr. will have 15 days to pay the fines or appeal the decision.

Both establishments, which are on College Avenue at the 2100 block and the 2300 block, are listed as a Private Club Class A, Retail Beer on Premises.

Catroppa, Jr. has the permit to the location at 2125 N. College Avenue, and Catroppa, Sr. has the permit for 2366 N. College Avenue.

In January of this year, Silver Dollar Cabaret had violations of employees or operators drinking alcoholic beverages on duty, allowing alcoholic beverages to be furnished to an intoxicated person, and four entertainers/dancers performed paid lap dances on the stage with three seated patrons, which simulated sexual acts and made physical contact with the three patrons.

Platinum Cabaret had six total violations of simulating sex acts, exposing their breasts, making physical contact with patrons and simulating masturbation.
