GLENWOOD, Ark. — A Silver Alert has been inactivated for a 60-year-old man who went missing along the Caddo River.
As of 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says they couldn’t comment on the inactivation since it was an ongoing investigation.
GLENWOOD, Ark. — The Montgomery County Sheriff needs your help tracking down a 60-year-old man who went missing along the Caddo River.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Harold Forest.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, Forest’s family reported on Tuesday that they had not seen him in the last few days and had not been able to make contact with him.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Pike County Sheriff’s Office started following up on leads and did a search around where his vehicle was found parked in the Glenwood area.
Deputies say Forest has a yellow lab that is always with him and the dog is also missing.
According to authorities, he was last known to be at 704 N 1st in Glenwood. His car and cell phone were found near the Caddo River.
Forest is 6’2″ and 240 pounds. Law enforcement says he has a lazy left eye and a mole on his right cheek.
He was last seen wearing a black button-up long sleeve shirt with camouflage pockets and blue jeans.
