LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- As you prepare to head home during rush hour Wednesday, AR-DOT is warning drivers to be extra cautious as heavy rains make their way through central Arkansas.
Danny Straessle, a spokesperson for AR-DOT, says motorists need to reduce their speeds because it takes longer to stop on wet ground.
