Update: Fourth Arrest Made in NLR Skate Park Homicide Case

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A fourth arrest has been made in connection to a July 16 homicide that happened at a NLR skate park on River Road. 

Ladetrick Harris, 17, was apprehended at a home in Jacksonville by the United States Marshals Eastern District of Arkansas Fugitive Task Force just after 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Harris is being charged as an adult and is being held at the Pulaski County Jail. 

He faces multiple charges: Capital Murder, two counts of Attempted Capital Murder and three counts of Aggravated Robbery.

Harris will appear in North Little Rock District Court on August 8 at 9 a.m.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Two more arrests have been made in connection to the July 16 homicide that happened at the skate park on River Road, detectives confirm Monday.  

Jack Banks III, 15, and Isiah Gilliam, 18, both of North Little Rock, were arrested Monday and are being charged as adults in the homicide investigation. 

Both Banks and Gilliam face charges of Capital Murder, two counts of Attempted Capital Murder and three counts of Aggravated Robbery for their involvement in the skate park homicide. 

The teens are being held at the Pulaski County Jail. 

They are scheduled to appear in North Little Rock District Court on August 7 at 9 a.m.

Banks was taken into custody by North Little Rock Police. At the time of Banks arrest Gilliam was located by the United States Marshals Eastern District of Arkansas Fugitive Task Force and arrested at a home on Greenlea Drive in North Little Rock. 

A NLRPD news release states Gilliam has been hiding since last week when detectives announced they obtained warrants for his arrest.

Detectives are still searching for suspect Ladetrick Harris, 17, of North Little Rock. Harris is a male, 5’11, 165 lbs with the tattoo “Latoyce” on his right arm. He is wanted for the same charges as Banks and Gilliam. 

NLRPD says he is considered armed and dangerous.
