JONESBORO, Ark. – Sloane Quinn has been found safe in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, according to Jonesboro Police Department (JPD).
According to a JPD news release, officers received information that the vehicle seen in the video footage belonged to Keegan Bryce Tatsch, 24, of Popular Bluff, MO.
Investigators learned that Tatsch was employed in Pocahontas, Ark and they contacted his place of employment.
Tatsch told officers that he had been in contact with Sloane through a chat-based app and he drove to Jonesboro to pick her up.
From there Sloane was taken to his home in Missouri and he then went to work.
Deputies with the Butler County Sheriff’s Office were asked to contact Sloane at Tatsch’s home in Popular Bluff.
Deputies were able to locate Sloane at the home and she was given safely back to the custody of her parents.
Tatsch was placed under arrest and charged with Interference with Custody (Class C felony).
He will appear in court for a probable cause hearing.
JONESBORO, Ark.- Jonesboro Police and Arkansas State Police need your help searching for a missing 16-year-old girl.
According to Arkansas State Police, Sloane Caroline Quinn, 16, is considered missing and endangered.
According to Jonesboro Police, Quinn ran away from Valley View High School on Monday.
Jonesboro Police say Quinn was recorded on the school’s camera system leaving just before 8 a.m. Monday. She was seen getting in a 2004 to 2008 black Pontiac Grand Prix.
Police say the car has damage to the passenger side door and the rear view mirror is missing.
Investigators believe the vehicle has an Arkansas State University Red Wolves license plate on the front and a state-issued license plate on the back of the vehicle, but the license plate number cannot be read in the video.
Police say Quinn has not been seen or heard from since she got in the car.
Police do not know who the driver of the car is, or if there were any other occupants in the car.
