CONWAY, Ark. – New information has been released in the investigation of a missing woman.
The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) says investigators have been reviewing video footage from several different areas of the Conway Commons shopping center where Elvia Fragstein was last seen on July 7.
Security video shows her checking out at TJ Maxx around 3:40 p.m. and walking out the front door into the parking area.
“We feel she was parked somewhere in front of TJ Maxx in her 2013 Silver Honda CRV. We are able to track her vehicle traveling at a higher rate of speed than expected towards Elsinger from the TJ Maxx area. The vehicle then travels down the outskirts of the parking lot and back towards the front of Target, traveling south down the side of Target. We are reaching out to the public to see if anyone noticed anything out of the ordinary in the parking lot of TJ Maxx. We are actively investigating this as a missing person case. At this time there is no evidence of foul play,” said a Wednesday post on the FCSO’s Facebook page.
According to a family member’s Facebook post, the Arkansas license plate number is 453 TGO.
Another security photo shows her at Starbucks located inside the Kroger on Salem Rd. hours before she went to TJ Maxx.
If you’ve seen the woman, call the FCSO’s Major Crime Unit at (501) 450-4917, Dispatch at (501) 328-5906 or submit at tip on fcso.ar.gov.
