LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A local woman is behind bars on a murder charge after being arrested in the investigation of a man’s November 2018 shooting death.
Cynthia Kelley, 43, was booked into the Pulaski County Jail on Tuesday afternoon.
The Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) says Kelley was brought to Little Rock from the East Central AR Community Correction Center to face a charge of Murder, First Degree in the death of Corey Jackson, 44.
The LRPD says a 911 call that came in shortly after 3 a.m. on Nov. 16, reported the victim was on the ground yelling for help in the 3100 block of W. 17th Street. When police arrived, Jackson’s body was found lying in the doorway of a home.
